Maybe this has been discussed before... Using the manual notch to dip a unwanted signal works great. I would expect that the AGC would react to this notching by increasing the gain of the rx again. It seems that this is not so. Is the notchfilter just an AF notch filter and not a IF notch (DSP IF of 8.2 IF)?
