Hi Joe What would be nice feature on the K3 is a proper syllabic squelch. Most commercial HF radios use a syllabic squelch which only activates on voice signals. A syllabic squelch ignores most QRM and QRN, even S1 and S2 signals can be detected with a syllabic squelch.
