Mine came today too - sent on 8th received 25th (parcelforce as we all know and hate).
Installation took 3 hours, half an hour of that was trying to get it to work and understanding all the things that need to be set up. A todo list would help here. The synth needs calibrating. The filter(s) need setting up. The antenna needs selecting - mine defaulted to aux. Then you have to work out how it works. I hope to do that tomorrow.
