Hello Group,
I notice output power instability in my XV144. After I tuned the max output
power by R22, I closed the XV144 with the top cover. However, upon tightened
the screws on the top cover, I notice a 20-30% reduction in output power.
I tightened all the screws and keyed the XV144 again with my K3. I notice a
output power facilitation between 12 - 18watts in my Kuranishi VHF/UHF power
meter.
Could any of you advise what is the likely problem and how to trouble shooting?
