This was quite noticeable on my K3 #1397 when I first put it into operation and the effect was quite disconcerting. However I used the K3 extensively over the weekend in the Oceania SSB contest and I was not conscious of any delay. Maybe this has been addressed in the later firmware. I was running the latest beta version 2.46. It also appears to have cleared up the audio distortion in the monitor.
