Last year I had exactly the same problem which resulted in my being
"Disabled" from this List on a fairly routine basis. I changed my ISP which
had been Orange and my problem disappeared, which might have been
coincidence. *But* recently I was "Disabled" again for the same reason -
geographical location.

My emails are being blocked with the message:-
host mailman.qth.net [63.238.179.60]: 554 Service unavailable; Client host
[84.234.17.142] blocked using uk.countries.nerd.dk; Your IP is in uk,
rejected based on geographical location
I am surprised the spam blocking system allows this to happen. It happened
back in July as well.
