I use an external speaker on my K3. (Sounds Sweet speaker switch between radios via an iplus by W2IHY) I don't us an amp with the K3 but I do use an amp with my other radios. (Orion II, Omni VII, Jupiter) I do sometimes get a little RF into my small stereo speaker system of which I use to listen to TV or to commercial FM music. I do not see any other RF issues in my ham station. Reading the response from OE6KYG it appears that I could stand the chance of taking out the audio amp in my K3. Is this correct???
