There's a list http://www.dxcluster.info/files/telnet.txt which is maintained by the DXCluster community.

I guess you're using this one.

KComm includes a file of cluster node addresses. From a quick scan through
that, the most popular options are 7300, 8000 and 9000. But some have
addresses that are completely random.
