Yes.

I suspect you are using the Rx Equalizer and have it set to boost your desired pitch. If so, please set it to 0 at your desired pitch. If you need shaping of the overall audio response, consider cutting the frequencies you don;t want rather than boosting those that you do.

The DSP switches to a different filter implementation at 50 Hz and 100 Hz widths versus 150 Hz and wider. This is the reason for the slight "pop" or "tick" that you may hear. This also depends to some extent on the signal strength of the signal(s) or noise present at the time the switch is made.
