Hello, I am building my 2nd KX1. I am currently working on the 30/80 meter option. On my first KX1, I was able to fairly easily position this board so that both the variable capacitors were centered perfectly over their holes. On this KX1, I'm unable to do this. No matter what I do, they are offset from the holes. I have removed the 2 filter crystals closest to this board and after doing that, I can position the board to fit, but if I were to do that, I couldn't reinstall the crystals.
I have checked that I have installed the two variable capacitors the proper way. Does anyone have any idea why this doesn't fit? Could the circuit board I received be too big?
