I don't think so. But the calibration is not valid.

Could I have damaged my unit by running it per the manual with no load?

There is mention of attaching a dummy load to the KXV3 Transverter Out in
the K3 Utility's Tx Gain Calibration wizard, and the K3 Utility Help text
for this wizard page says "Some versions of the K3 Owner's Manual do not
describe the dummy load requirement for Milliwatt calibration. This will be
corrected in subsequent versions of the K3 Owner's Manual."

Subject: [Elecraft] Power Calibration - Transverter

When doing the power calibration for the transverter, there is no mention in
the manual of attaching any form of (dummy) load. Is this not necessary due
to the low power level? Wouldn't a specific impedance be necessary to
accuratly calibrate?

I'm not using a trasverter right now, but have run the calibration and would
like to know the correct way of presenting a load if needed.

Thanks,
