Todd this question often crops up, both here and elsewhere. It's usually a problem with your software rather than the site.
Version 2.76 definitely exists at: ftp://ftp.elecraft.com/K3/firmware/beta/ Have you tried clearing the cache from your browser? My Firefox locates and downloads it without any issues, I have it set to clear it's cache when exiting the program (clear private data when exiting the program). 73 Dave, G4AON I am trying to download the 2.76 beta firmware.
