Hi Tom, Congratulations for the nice website.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the K3/10 for SWL/DXing. I've here some nice receivers, like the ar7030 and nrd-535, and I can say that the K3 is even better for really tough dx. On MW it could have a better sensitivity, however. I received a Perseus SDR this week but did not have time to try and compare it with the K3.
