I am getting ready to order a K3. Not much of a phone operator. I use an MFJ 297 desk mike because they offered different cables that matched Kenwood,Icom & Yaesu. I think the Kenwood might match the K3. Anyone tell me if this is correct? Rather put new microphone $$$ toward another CW filter. K9IL
