John, The relays and inductors in the KAT100 are pretty hardy, so unless you got a direct hit, I would not suspect them. I would do the 'relay click' test from the menu to be certain all the relays are operating. After that I would suspect something has changed in your antenna and/or feedline - salt water corrosion perhaps? The feedline could have become damaged with a lightning surge. Be certain all the connectors are clean and tight.
