Hello, On Jan 17, 2009 there will be a few hardy Polar Bear souls venturing outdoors in the bitter cold to operate their QRP radios.

Some Polar Bears could cancel at the last minute due to the extreme cold temperatures that the nation is in at the present time. We do not want anyone becoming hurt today, we want to make a QSO with them in the future also.
