Changing Tx EQ settings has no effect on delay. The Tx Monitor audio in the K3 is taken from the 15 kHz IF in the DSP, after all processing has occurred. There are several milliseconds of overall delay in the path from the microphone to the speaker. The delay is entirely in the required filters, not in the speed of the DSP or the means used to transfer the samples. Tx Monitor audio could be taken just from the audio path in the DSP, but then you would not be able to hear the effect of compression, for example.
