Phil, Yes, it is a tight fit with those many pins, but it will go on, and it will come off too. Make certain all the pins are started before applying pressure and apply pressure from both ends of the board. To remove it, 'wiggle' the ends of the boards alternately so it is removed straight. It requires less force after 2 or 3 times.
