I am getting some more experience with the K3 in diversity mode connected to horizontal and vertical antennas.
I decided to change the AGC slope to 10 from the default 12. This gives me the ability to more easily distinguish vertical from horizontal paths, at 12 the AGC makes most of the signals equi-volume. I may reduce the slope further but slope of 10 is enough to make a difference.
