I want to close out this thread now that my KX1 is back on the air on 80, 40,
30, and 20 meters.

I was doing another close visual before following up on Don's advice to
remove Q9. During that process I must of dislodged something that was
causing a short in the vicinity of T2. There were a couple of through holes
I had difficulty clearing to mount T2 and I think perhaps there was solder
ball or something that was hidden by T2. Once dislodged everything came
"back to life". Needless to say I was quite relieved!!

So, this re-enforces Don's advice to check the soldering closely and perhaps
to pay attention to any solder debris that might be left "laying around."

Don - thanks for the tips and assistance to help me through this.
