This weekend I found some time to connect my Micro-Keyer II to the K3. After playing around a while with the software (try and error method) I ended up with an K3 not doing what I want. I thought that the MKII was causing the problem so I disconnected everything except the paddle, power-supply, antenna, and microphone. The results are: 1) Only the CW side-tone monitor is there but no output at all and sounds like running QSK 2) On SSB I do have full output but it looks like if my Mic-Gain and Compression are both at level "100" if I look to the internal power-meter. I did a quick check on several config items, but didn't see anything strange. Please has any body a clue?
