I'd encourage everyone to try to work at a lower power, yes, it puts a bit more 
emphasis on conditions, and a bit more effort for the prop gods, but when it is 
all done, holding that qsl card from a Chek, or other Eu country, or Asia, or 
pretty much anywhere, that states quite simply that the contact was made with 
under 1 watt from his end, and you know you were using less than 5... makes a 
lasting impression. 

  One that states proudly, and rightfully so, 250 Milliwatts, is very nice to 
hold. 

Two el quad on this end at 40 feet, a 6 el yagi at 60 feet on that end. 

And it wasn't at the peak of the sunspots either... just the peak of signals of 
that day.
