For those too lazy to do a simple search for "visalia 2009" in the Topband
archives, they're compelled to post to ~1700 subscribers on that list and
then another ~2700 here. The link below with the answer to this question
was even included in my rejection notice:

Is it too much to expect folks to actually read the content of messages sent
to them privately? Is it too much to learn to use archive searches? I
think not.
