No problem with the new QC2's that I have. The QC1s did have an rf
interference problem, though.

I don't know about the Bose noise cancelling headphones, but with
electronics integrated such phones may pick up RFI. I had a pair of
noise cancelling  Aiwa headphones, and they picked up a strong buzz
whenever I  was transmitting, so the noise cancelling feature  was
useless in practice with my K2.
