After many years dealing with Elecraft I have become used to superb customer service. I have built more than 260 K2's, and I mean they have really gone overboard in support. I just ordered a de-soldering tip from a
company, and through my error I received 6 tips! I really needed only 2. They not only asked that I return the other 4 tips, but they trusted me, and only charged my credit card with the 2. They were always pleasant and really helpful. I asked if they normally handled small orders, and they said no, but they were happy to do so.
