Actually, you might have been better off if she HAD swallowed it. Dogs don't chew. You could have just waited a day or so and retrieved it from the yard and it would have had no chew marks. I'm sure she'd have delivered her package faster than the replacement would arrive through UPS. UPS will put the package on the front porch though.
