Continued from: [CQ-Contest] SOME THOUGHTS ON USING THE K3 ON SSB
Reading these messages, I decided I should try adjusting the offset for my 2.8 8-pole filter from the normal 0. That was a quote from G3UCK I was replying to regarding the fact that offsets up to 80 Hz in 8-pole CW filters are not uncommon. I've not done any testing on SSB or with the 2.8k 8-pole filter since I don't even have one (and haven't even been on SSB much). Check back with me in a couple of years when 10 meters opens again! :-) 73, Bill W4ZV -- View this message in context: http://n2.nabble.com/K3%3A-Optimizing-filter-offsets-for-SSB-TX-and-RX-tp2625345p2625485.html Sent from the Elecraft mailing list archive at Nabble.com. ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[email protected] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
