Because DATA A is a generic data mode and the NR algorithm can 
distort some data modes.  The narrow filter will chop up many 
of the multitone data modes.  NR will also cause significant 
issues with the broadband (multi-channel) PSK decoders. 

The DSP software (e.g., DigiPan) should cope with the noise 
in its own.
