N2ADR and I have developed some software for this; right now it works with the LP-PAN and the SDR-IQ, but not Perseus. Making it work with the Perseus probably wouldn't be too hard. At the moment it's Linux only, but a multi-OS (Mac/Win/Linux) port is in the works.
