Jim, You have to know the 'scope specs. The Tek 475 scope is a 200 MHz 'scope, the 465 is 150 MHz. The frequency rating of the probes will also provide an upper limit.
The resolution on the time axis is quite a different consideration than the frequency rating for the amplitude (and rise time) response of the vertical amplifier.
