I think I used that about 30 years ago. If it's the same as I'm remembering, it was an early attempt at a no-clean solder, ie it left very little residue and did not require cleaning. It didn't work for me and I sent it back. I think the flux wasn't aggressive enough for what we were soldering: I (my staff) would use a pound a week at the time.
