Already exists. See qrz.com/callsign - register and sign it. Look up call of station you are interested in. Click on "Click for more Detail" - it then shows you the distance in the text as well as a map of that stations location and if you zoom out on the map, a line from you to them. Quite nice! But it also displays a map showing the approximate location on a map and indicates crow-fly distance. One could easily do this in two steps using online hamcall and then google map I guess.
