Duane,

It is likely that there is nothing to fix.
Worst case is that the 20 meter Low Pass Filter may have a problem - 
count the turns on the toroids L18, L19 and L20.  The turns should be 
distributed completely around the core.

Other than that, just don't run the power control at maximum.  The 
little bit of extra power will not make any difference on the receiving 
end - stay at 12 watts or less.
