I've used an Ameritron / MFJ ALS-600 for about 5 years and it works well. Also have the
Ameritron QSK-5 pin diode switch, a nice combo that gives you full QSK. However, if you need customer service, forget it! BTW, I noticed in the latest QST that Array Solutions has a QSK box that "looks like" a QSK-5 but uses a high speed vacuum relay rather than pin diodes. If the relay is quiet I think it should be more robust than the diodes.
