This is true. I am looking at the connectors on my Proset-K2 and it has an 1/8" stereo connector for headphones and an 1/8" mono connector for the mic. I have no idea where the 1/8" to 1/4" headphone adapter went, don't really need it. The "interface cable" converts the 1/8" mono mic connector to an 8 pin foster. There is an 1/8" headphones connector and a PTT/foot switch connector (1/4" female) as well.
