I agree! This product has been around for a while. It is time for an extensive service manual containing at least PCB stackup and layout with component placement, *updated* schematic(by now oct 2008) and updated BOM. Further there should be information available on adjustment of all critical parameters ( f.ex . quiescent current in power amps, voltage levels ) for all boards. Other brands provide this information in their service manuals. Any proffessional lab should manage the support of the product based on technical information- not only Elecraft!
