These things are great in concept. However, a large amount of the stealth is lost in the 6 months of site prep and erection of them.
Thye would be fine if they just grew overnight.

Every one I've seen stuck out as a sore thumb. You need them to be located in a forest of same type "structures".

Here in Tucson, The Larson Company (http://www.utilitycamo.com/) is very successful making all sorts of "camoflauged" antenna structures. Fake saguaro cactus designs are quite popular. Unfortunately, this stuff isn't cheap! Disguising cellphone towers is a big part of their business, but they do all sorts of exotic things.

There are similar solutions available from US manufacturers, for
example:

When I lived in Tucson, there was a saguaro cactus cell phone tower
nearby. I never could figure out why they went to the expense, since
there was a telephone pole adjacent to the stealth installation.

I'm sure it isn't cheap, but who can argue with this antenna in your

it might
be over 100 feet tall?

Unfortunately for us Yanks, they aren't made in the USA AFAIK
