I bought a 40 ft fiberglass push pole that seemed just the thing for my Carolina Windom. I planned a support bracket at 12 feet and guys at higher levels. This turned out to be an expensive mistake. It was so limber that I could not get the Carolina Windom installed. I replaced it with four sections of 2-inch PVC Conduit using the same support (a section of Uni-Strut across the roof peak) and three sets of guys. It is not easy to erect for one person either, but possible if you are fairly strong. A thirty foot mast would be pretty easy.
