better? Collins? Maybe he has the (Inrad) 8pole filters, and thinks they are better. If anyone has put Collins filters in the K3 they haven't made much noise about it on the mailing list. Wonder what the center freq of the filter was? I thought most old Collins stuff used 455Kcs as the IF frequency.
