Maybe this is not the right forum but... I want to use my K3 in CW-contests using N1MM software. I am using a HP-Laptop with Windows XP and the Elecraft KUSB USB to serial converter. When working CW I am using my Bencher manipulator connected to the K3. How do I get the N1MM program to send CW via the KUSB converter? I have tried K3 set for PTT-KEY <OFF - dtr>
N1MM set for DTR = CW but then the K3 goes to transmit mode! How do I get the PTT-ing right?
