The word is inexpensive... not cheap!  Those look really nice!  I was
just sitting here wondering if there was a knob that would fit over the
shift, width, speed, and pwr knobs.  I'm not so sure I'd want to mess w/
them too much though as I'd not want the spacing between them to get too
terribly much smaller.  They work well as they are... But that does look
quite good...
