Now that knob debate comment was funny. On a more serious note, I'd have to agree with the critics. The P3 isn't worth my time unless it has an espresso maker built in along with a 2m amplifier.
Oh, it also has to be able to give me a massage, take the kids to school, pick up my dry cleaning, and wash the car.
