I attached my 6 meter beam to the SUB rec. this am as it appears 6 mtrs is
about gone for a while. Anyway while reading thru the manual to see if the sub
rx was working as it should i noticed the S meter reading setting up around 35
over S9 with the antenna hooked to the RX ANT in. WOW. Disconnected it and
the reading fell back to around 25 over 9. Is there an adjustment to get this
down to a respectable reading? A calibrate circuit for the SUB rx? I was in
bSET btw like the book said. When using the regular receiver it works as it
should, just the sub rec is way out of line. And i do hear the difference when
i disconnect the antenna so it's something inside. Or am i doing something
else wrong? What a radio.
