Any strong unmodulated carrier seems to work. Theses are the things that you would use the autonotch filter for. Not sure if this sounds exactly like caddisflies but I saw a horror movie 25-30 years ago that when bad stuff was going to happen the caddisflies would all start making a very loud noise that sounds like this. Watch out for what follows, very loud and you can't turn it down, have to power off. Bob KB1FRW
