When either the KPA100 or the KAT100 (or both) are detected, the KAT2 will be switched to ANT1 by the firmware, and the L/C section of the KAT2 will be bypassed.
I am not certain why you are concerned about tuning the KAT2 when the KPA100/KAT100 are connected.
