I hooked up my K3 last night to the rs-232 computer input, forgetting that I had config: ptt-key set to dtr-rts. When I turned on the K3, it came up keyed-down, transmitting into no antenna. I thought there was an inhibit to prevent this from happening. I'm using FW rev 3.30.
