Not that long, but I have seen a few hours pass between posting a message and when it appears to me on the reflector download.
It's not the same for everyone, either. Apparently the list is on more than one server, and the messages must propagate across the servers before everyone sees it. So I may download someone's comment now and others might not see it for a couple of hours because it hasn't been copied onto the server they are accessing when they get their Elecraft list messages.
