Wow, two comments now telling me the power button puts the K3 in a sleep mode. Really? Thanks guys - I never thought of that.
Like most hams, I don't turn off the transceiver when I leave the shack for a half hour, so, at least for me, the "sleep" macro would be rather handy. It's OK if some find an idea silly; everyone has an opinion. What I fail to understand is why that opinion compels them to post a sarcastic comment that contributes nothing but unnecessary clutter on the reflector.
