The programmer's reference is your friend! MN097; is SPKR+PH.
You can send UP or DN to toggle the setting. So your macro to change from SPKR+PH from yes to no or no to yes might be "MN097;UP;MN255;" I don't think there's a command to just turn off the speakers. I could be mistaken...
