Thanks, to Cookie (Willis) for the email. I went to the Prolific site and checked for drivers. Unwittingly I had hooked up my KUSB USB connector into the HP computer with Win 7 and the operating system looked for and got the correct driver. I connected it to my K3 all seems good. I also used it to connect to my AIM 4170C (Man, what a fantastic tool) and it seems good there as well. So, all is fine at K2UM's QTH for now ... great radio, great Vector analyzer and new computer... spells happy camper until I come here to say my KUSB isn't working due to a bad driver! <g>
